Our Mission
" To bring glory to God in all that we do while communicating His message.
" To use the proceeds to financially assist and provide support for the widows and fatherless (James 1:27), and those in need (Matthew 25:40).
Our Method
Our primary method of promotion is through prayer; asking God to reach others through our products. "Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths." Proverbs 3:5-6
"His" Story
Creating Christian apparel was an idea placed on Ric McNair's heart in 1994. The concept was to blend Ric's love for the Lord and his love of design. The seed was planted, but it took some time to take root. God was still maturing and gathering those He would call to be a part of this ministry.
In January of 2002 pastor Denny Bellesi offered 100 people at Coast Hills Community Church $100 each to go do something for the kingdom of God, "The Kingdom Assignment". He asked for volunteers and Ric, with his wife's blessing, stepped up to the challenge with the idea that he would design a shirt, sell them and give the money away. Easy enough!
Ric took the idea to his weekly men's group where Jeff Klem, a close friend and principle in Remedysoft, Inc. believed that this was more than just a one-shirt project. The $100 grew quickly to thousands, as friends began to chip in. A name was decided on: "M4G", which stands for Men for God, and Jeff began to work on establishing a non-profit foundation, the "Men 4 God Foundation" so that we could more effectively use the proceeds to help others, particularly women and children in need. We then began development of the m4g.org web site.
In our spare time we began to develop ideas, but we soon realized that it would take a lot of evenings and weekends to pull this off. We began to feel the weight of not launching this in the first year... then the second year... Our burden soon turned to the realization that God was not in a hurry and that M4G ministry would come to fruition in His time. A plan was established to create 100 design concepts from which only the best would be offered.
So, here we are today - ready to go! We are grateful for this opportunity and are pleased that you are considering joining us by purchasing just a few shirts, or many for your fundraiser! |
